1st Arrangement with Barclays E-mail

Our Appeal from the Judgment was dismissed by consent due to lack of funds and Barclays were moving for a possession order on our home to cover both their alleged shortfall, plus their legal costs, we were therefore forced to come to a settlement with the robbers and duly paid them £70,000 conditional upon them cancelling all their debentures and removing any adverse record relating to our name from any adverse credit data base. [32]

During the decade since the receivership/theft of my companies I used my knowledge in waste oil recycling’ on a global basis and working as consultant to Department of Transport, International Maritime Organisation, (IMO), World Bank and The Institute of Petroleum as well as several corporations. The IMO MARine POLlution world wide MARPOL rules brought in the control of ship waste so I innovated my FLOWEN knowledge and enjoined complimentary elements to the original Flowen Concept to provide the maritime industry with a profitable, environmentally sound alternative to dumping their waste into the sea.  ..\VIDEOS\Marpol Roil.mpg [33]

I targeted military ports which were being closed with a view to converting them to ‘Motorway Service Areas for commercial ships, the concept had the approval of the International Maritime Organisation and The World Bank.    I had formed ‘Recycled Oil International Limited, trading as ROIL which went on to form; ROIL Global, ROIL (ASEAN), ROIL (USA) and ROIL (UK) Ltd.   Whilst in the Philippines at the Subic Naval Base I was informed that Portland Naval Base was to close so returned to set up a consortium to bid for the Portland Naval Base [34] to use it as a ‘Motorway Service Area for the 300 ships a day which pass by in the Channel, utilising my now enhanced recycling systems.

ROIL’s  was by far the highest bid, £6.7 million and 2,000 jobs, but I was told by The Ministry of Defence that they were unable to deal with me, and they sold the base for £1.7 million [35].   They refused to give a reason, but when I took the project to Cherbourg the French told me that I was on an ‘inter bank data base ‘Black List’.   Barclays had failed to remove the debentures from ROIL as had been agreed in the Settlement, so blighting all my subsequent business opportunities. [36]   Barclays having failed to keep their side of the agreement I brought legal actions against them but they were again deemed out of time.
