Barclays' involvment with 'SAFE' ~ 'Services Against Financial Exclusion' should not be confused with the Trade Marked and Registered, not for profit company 'SAFE' which is 'Struggle Against Financial Exploitation Ltd' who have been fighting the fraud of bank's for over twenty years. However, Barclays' Bank are to be commended for their SAFE initiative, to help those who have found themselves homeless and in poverty, no doubt some are victims of the light touch policing of British Banking Industry.
