I took out a SAM with B.O.S. in May 1997 25% on Ł165,000 valuation. The house now valued at around Ł350.000. That means they now want an obscene Ł180,000 plus valuations etc before I can move house. Can this be right for a loan of Ł41,250 in just 6 years? |
