Insulting!

We too have suffered from this scheme. From an original loan of Ł27.5k we now have to pay back Ł137.5k, including the original loan if we wish to move house. We have had extensive correspondence with BoS, whose approach, to say the least, is "Tough”. Not only do they refuse to respond to searching questions, as for example, asking for details of advice given to, in our instance, Sun Life of Canada, but they also insult our intelligence with three identical responses wrapped up in different words.
