Case 36 I'm contacting you on behalf of my Mother and Father (although sadly my Father died last October) as they took out a SAM with BoS in 1997. Their scheme we believe when originally set up undervalued their house by about Ł20k. The SAM basically states that my Mother would have to pay back the original loan of Ł40,000 (25% of the valuation) and 75% of the appreciation over and above the first valuation figure. This works out to be hugely in the favour of the lender, but then you already know all this from fellow SAM victims!! |

ALL SAM BOS 1 & 2 HOLDERS SHOULD CONTACT SAFE URGENTLY if they have not already done so or received our recent letter.
