Relief and Thanks

First of all many many thanks for your stoic efforts to bring these banks to the notice of the media. Just the thought of the standing order that exits our bank account each month is enough to almost reduce me to tears. How such a crime has evaded detection for so long and caused such distress and heartache defies belief.
