We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to Create effective regulation, redress, compensation and punishment of the banking industries

Struggle Against Financial Exploitation, (SAFE), PETITION the government to establish an independently funded financial regulator, that is both transparent and effective.

This regulator requires the power of redress and ability for appropriate punishment for perpetrators of financial crimes and to provide funds to compensate the casualties of  these abuses, rather than pay the perpetrators, namely the insolvent financial institutions.

This redress would encourage SME'S/Owner managers to restart businesses so minimising damage to the economy and encouraging employment.

We invite the Prime Minister to work with SAFE Secretariat to the All Party Parliamentary Group Against Financial Exploitation, to implement this petition.
