"Sir James Crosby behind massive SECURITIES FRAUD with HBOS, is now running FSA with Hector Sants."

If you want just a "hint" about some of the 'raw' truth that sits behind the collapse of HBOS on 18 Sept 2008, I at last have powerful evidence that HBOS' ex-CEO is involved in a murky SECURITIES FRAUD case along with the FSA, where over $200 million dollars has "disappeared" to more than 400 creditors who have been left in the lurch after having their lives turned upside down.

The effects of this debt have been compounded over 7 long years, thanks to a massive Government cover-up via the FSA (steered by "Sir" James Crosby), with the "convenient factor" that the Financial Regulators in UK, being accountable to NO ONE at this time, are able to 'call the shots' and stoop to any lengths to allow corruption to "rule the roost". Are we surprised there is a 'Financial Meltdown' happening at this time ? Can a 'credit crunch' even be avoided with such practices being condoned in England, today ? Isn't it time for ethics and honesty and PRINCIPLES to be given a 'look in' to the running of the UK economy?

This Securities Fraud Case, parading as a "Bond underwriting investment", began in America in the late 1990's, stemming from 'Vavasseur', and has affected people on an international scale, and involved no less than 28 FSA-regulated "financial advisors" used to promote it (all, bar one, getting off Scot free to date), at least 20 fraudster 'operators' (all bar 3 have got off Scot free to date), and 27 Banks, worldwide, with HBOS at the helm ! The victims were told their money "disappeared". Even the 'Vavasseur' origins have been cleverly covered up by the US Receiver appointed on the Case, so that the 'UK Estate' has been conned out of nearly all the money that it was USED TO RAISE for 'Vavasseur', leaving the US Receiver to line his pockets very nicely thank you very much - the UK and US Receivers have had more than $20million their admin fees on this Case, and the victims ? Nada. This case has involved massive criminal concealment and cover-up on the part of the FSA and others, which has perverted the course of Justice for the past seven years, preventing 97% of the creditors from getting any restitution whatsoever. With the incompetent SFO spending many millions from the 'Public purse' in getting just the 2 accountants convicted in this Case, they have allowed everyone else to 'walk free', even in the face of huge evidence of the culpability of HBOS and the 18 other 'team cohorts' that worked with the fraudulent accountants.

Adding insult to serious injury, believe it or not, the FSA and the ex-CEO of HBOS (who were behind giving the whole Fraud "legs") now has Crosby working on the OTHER side with the "Financial regulators" as Deputy Chairman of the FSA, since January 2004 !!! A perfect example of "Poacher turned gamekeeper" - but this is only scraping the 'surface' ! I have spent years intensely investigating this matter, with my family and I having fallen prey to this 'organised crime' and lost a vast sum of money ourselves, and NOW everything is coming to a head as this hydra-headed monster is revealing itself to the Public about the long-buried truth. With HBOS working on the "inside" of this whole Fraud set up, AND lending many millions of pounds to investors to enter the Scheme, for scores of delinquent loans in their fund-raising role for the Scam, it has resulted amongst other consequences in multiple people losing their homes and moving into rented accommodation (my sister and I being two of those with our homes on the line thanks to HBOS' fraudulent involvement), HBOS have simply 'walked away' in cold blood, leaving the victims of this heinous fraud to cope with the wreckage to their lives - all steered by "Sir" James Crosby who involved himself in every stage including the 'clean up' phase which ensured the FSA profited again from all the 'money-laundering fines' dished out to some of the offending banks in 2004.

I have also watched, and been in touch with the broken hearts and lives of the people caught up in this Fraud, and observed the excruciating suffering of hundreds of innocent victims who have fallen prey to this hideous 'Collective Investment Scheme' with their 'fate' sealed by the power and ruthless nazi-like influence of 'Sir' James Crosby sitting on the "inside" of the "Financial Regulators" - having been knighted in 2006 for his misdemeanours in multiplying HBOS' profits, he now sits disingenuously on the Government Mortgage panel, hailed as a 'Mortgage Tsar" for the UK (Source: The Times, April 08), ostensibly "to find out why the mortgage market is collapsing".
